ALL THINGS INFLUENCE
A mini-conference and networking brunch that introduced Influence Space's data-driven PR approach to Korea's top business leaders — and closed three long-term deals on the spot.

OVERVIEW
A market entry from the ground up
Influence Space, a US-based PR agency known for its data-driven methodology, wanted to establish a presence in South Korea — one of Asia's most competitive and relationship-driven business markets. We brought ourselves in to design and execute a launch strategy that would generate awareness, credibility, and pipeline from day one.
CHALLENGE
Breaking into a relationship-first market
Korean business culture places enormous weight on trust, reputation, and peer validation. Influence Space had no local track record, no existing relationships with Korean brands, and a service model — data-led PR — that was largely unfamiliar in the market. A standard advertising or cold outreach approach would not move the needle. The agency needed to earn trust quickly, in person, in a setting that signalled prestige and seriousness.

STRATEGY
Credibility through curated access
Rather than a broad awareness campaign, we designed a high-exclusivity, high-signal event that would do three things at once: position Influence Space as a thought leader, create direct face time with decision-makers, and generate organic media amplification.
Curated guest list
30 high-profile business leaders and brand owners selected for fit with Influence Space's ideal client profile.
Prestige venue
Gangnam — Seoul's most prestigious district — chosen deliberately to signal the calibre of the event and its participants.
Format: mini-conference + brunch
A structured talk programme followed by a relaxed networking brunch.
Expert speaker programme
Two well-known industry speakers plus Amina Gadjieva, Founder & CEO of Influence Space, leading the stage as keynote.
EXECUTION
Full-service planning and on-the-ground management
We handled every dimension of the event — from concept and venue sourcing in Gangnam, to speaker coordination, guest outreach, catering and confirmations, event-day logistics, and post-event follow-up.
